about the project:

Everlast Group are a multi-disciplinary enveloping contractor.
To support their growth strategy a decision was made to consolidate their 5 existing offices into a single HQ location in Leeds, aligned to creating:

• Spaces to impress clients and staff.
• Support attraction and retention of staff in the workplace.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Aligning the workplace to key business objectives

After a competitive tender process FORMM were selected as the partner to work closely with the key stakeholders at Everlast from the initial stages including workspace design and engagement through to a full Cat B fit out, including a comprehensive furniture provision with bespoke joinery and rooms within rooms. Feedback around FORMM’s selection included the quality and approach of our team, flexibility, and the emphasis we put on design.

project delivery:

Against a 5 week design and engagement programme, with the wider team, (as staff inclusiveness and interaction in this process was of high importance to Everlast) supported by a 10 week construction programme, including furniture installation.

scope of works
